Role Summary

As part of the Evolve Business Architecture staff, you will be a core member of our team working alongside top performer colleages with years of experience transforming the different areas of companies. You will propose, design and implement the specific solutions our clients need to transform their companies and to increase their profitability. Also, you will advice clients on executive level across industries (multinationals, nationals, governments, etc…), supporting them to improve or transform their businesses and achieve excellence.

You will collaborate in Evolve Business Architecture project teams consisting of high performing members with different backgrounds and develop solutions with strategic approaches based on thorough fact-based analyses in order to deliver fundamental long-term impact to our clients.

Working across various industries and topics, you will be challenged out of your comfort zone, significantly widen your scope of expertise and experience a steep learning curve both professionally and personally. Along this exciting journey you will be supported by senior mentors which will help you to become highly successful in reaching both your personal and professional goals.

Who You are

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team. You would typically have:

• Successfully executed Consulting Projects for at least three years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and native level of Spanish.
• Current or previous experience in Business Intelligence is an advantage.
• Experience of devising, designing and implementing business strategic solutions involving quantitative analysis, conceptualization and communication.
• Exceptional drive and commitment striving for excellence.
• Highly self-driven, well-structured yet flexible, able to think strategically / end-to-end.
• High level of agility, eager to develop new skills and areas of expertise.
• High level of adaptability to a frequently changing professional and social working environment.
• Outstanding academic track record from a leading university.
